Retail Customers
If you've changed your mind and need to return any item, you have 14 days from the date of collection or delivery date to return your item(s).
Your item(s) needs to be:
- Unused and with all original components
- In its original packaging (with the tags if applicable)
- In a resaleable condition
- With its proof of purchase
- With any free items that came with the product
Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid by card, it can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account; with PayPal, refunds can take up to 30 days.

Replacement Parts
We offer a 12-month warranty on all parts unless otherwise stated (exclusions apply, See below).
If your part develops a fault within 14 days of purchase, we will offer you an exchange, replacement or refund.
If your part develops a fault after 14 days but within the warranty period, we will offer a replacement for the same or equivalent product.
Please note: Our warranty does not cover user damage, water damage or any damage caused during the repair.
Exclusions:
- Samsung Service Pack Displays: 3-month warranty
- Consumables: No warranty after 14 days
New and Refurbished Phones
Refurbished Devices:
We offer a 12-month warranty on all refurbished devices. If your refurbished device develops are fault within 14 days of collection or delivery, we will offer you an exchange, replacement or refund. If your refurbished device develops a fault after 14 days and within the 12-month warranty period, we will offer to repair or replace the device.
The warranty covers functional faults only and does not cover any of the following:
- Cosmetic or deliberate damage, including but not limited to a cracked or smashed screen, scratches, dents and port damage.
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, or other external cause
- Damage caused by not following the manufacturer’s instructions
- If your phone has been modified or has had a repair carried out without written permission
- If the IMEI or serial number has been removed or defaced from the device
- Battery capacity
New, Sim-Free Phones:
All new phones are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, if the phone develops a fault within 14 days of collection or delivery, you can return it to us for a full refund or replacement. Outside of these 14 days, your warranty claim must be processed by the manufacturer.
All Other Products
All other products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, if your item(s) develops a fault within 14 days of collection or delivery, you can return it to us for a full refund or replacement. Outside of these 14 days, your warranty claim must be processed by the manufacturer.
Trade Customers

Repair Services
Our repair warranty covers the original part replaced and any re-occurrence of the original problem during its lifetime. This does not include damage from dropping or spilling liquids.
All repairs carried out by us are covered by a 12-month warranty except for water damage & board-level repairs that have a limited 1-month warranty.
For us to provide a warranty with the repair, please ensure that the device has been taken back to factory settings so that we can test the device before and after replacing the parts.
If you are not able to take the device back to factory settings for any reason, you will need to provide us with the passcode for your device if it has one. You can either do this via email, calling us on the number below or including it in the box with your device.
Please be aware that no repair or testing will be carried out on the device unless it has been taken back to factory settings or a passcode is provided.
If the device is received with no power, we will charge the device for you. If no charge or power goes to the device, you will be made aware of this and given the option for us to complete the initial repair that you have paid for or return the device to you without the repair being carried out. You will then get a refund minus £11.60 which covers the cost of collecting the device from you and returning it. At this stage, if you do wish for the device to have the repair carried out as paid for, the repair will not have any warranty.
